Juvéderm Ultra is a soft, smooth gel that is available in three different strengths for different patient needs.
Juvéderm Ultra 4 is a filler with a very high content of hyaluronic acid. It is an apyrogenic, physiological gel made from reticulated hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Soft and smooth, it is suitable for smoothing very deep wrinkles as well as for filling lips and sunken cheeks or for emphasizing cheekbones, which appear sagging and degenerate with increasing age.
All Juverderm fillers contain the local anaesthetic lidocaine, which significantly reduces pain during treatment. Juvederm is biotechnologically produced, non-allergenic and very well tolerated.
The active ingredient concentration is HA 24 mg/ml, 0.3% lidocaine.
CAUTION - important note: Juvéderm Ultra 4 Hyaluronsäire-Filler prefilled syringes are intended for injection by a doctor. As the injection technique is essential for the success of the treatment, it may only be used by doctors who can provide evidence of special training.
