Synocrom (1 x 2 ml) is an innovative medical product designed specifically to provide relief from osteoarthritis, pain and to improve joint function. It contains highly pure hyaluronic acid produced by biofermentation, which is very similar to the natural hyaluronic acid produced by the human body.

Properties: 

Active ingredient concentration:
Synocrom® contains 1% hyaluronic acid, which corresponds to 20 mg hyaluronic acid per 2 ml syringe. This concentration is optimal to improve the viscosity and elasticity of the synovial fluid and thus support joint function.

Molecular weight:
The hyaluronic acid in Synocrom® has a molecular weight of 1.6 million Daltons. This high molecular weight contributes to effective lubrication and shock absorption in the joint, which improves mobility and relieves pain.

pH:
The pH of the Synocrom® solution is adjusted to an optimal range using citric acid to ensure a high level of tolerability. This minimizes the risk of side effects and makes the product more pleasant to use.

How it works:
The injected hyaluronic acid acts as a viscosupplement. This means that it improves the viscosity and elasticity of the synovial fluid, which leads to better lubrication and shock absorption. This relieves pain and improves joint mobility. In addition, hyaluronic acid has anti-inflammatory properties and stimulates the body's own production of hyaluronic acid.

Duration of effect:
After a full treatment cycle, Synocrom® can last up to 9 months. However, this depends on individual factors such as the severity of the osteoarthritis and the physical activity of the patient.

Treatment cycle:
A typical treatment cycle consists of five injections, which are administered at weekly intervals. These regular injections help to restore balance in the joint and provide long-term relief from the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
