Optivisc Single (1 x 3 ml)

Optivisc Single is a sterile, viscoelastic 3% cross-linked hyaluronic acid gel with 90 mg hyaluronic acid per 3 ml syringe for intra-articular injection into the knee joint for the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Intra-articular injections of synthetic hyaluronic acid restore the natural mechanical properties of the synovial fluid and support joint mobility. Pain is alleviated. The therapeutic effect lasts for up to six months.

Optivisc Single is made from ultra-pure hyaluronic acid that has been obtained using biotechnology. The molecular weight of the sodium hyaluronate in Optivisc Single is 3 million Daltons. The preparation is offered without animal ingredients and free of preservatives. It is supplied sterile and pyrogen-free in a latex-free syringe of 3 ml.

Optivisc is a CE-certified medical device. The active ingredient concentration is 30 mg/ml HA.
